MacLean do Brasil is honored to be one of the companies recognized with the Green Seal, awarded by the Jornal do Meio Ambiente. This certification is the result of a rigorous evaluation conducted by the Sustainability Committee, which consulted environmental agencies at municipal, state, and federal levels, including IBAMA, State Secretariats of the Environment, and local governments, certifying the company’s compliance with environmental preservation and responsibility criteria.
The Green Seal aims to encourage and recognize companies that follow the best environmental practices, such as obtaining operational licenses, pursuing sustainable technologies, and promoting carbon offsetting projects. This recognition symbolizes MacLean’s responsibility to combine technological innovation with environmental preservation, reinforcing its commitment to Sustainable Development.
The criteria evaluated for obtaining the seal include:
- Water and Effluents: management practices and treatment of liquid waste.

- Atmospheric Emissions: control and reduction of air pollutants.
